The last project I worked on with Mr. Butcher was the W. C. Decker Engineering Building for Corning Incorporated. I was Cornings project manager for the renovation of that building. Robert performed the architectural services for the security upgrades portion of this project with the main lobby being the largest portion of his scope of work. Robert came up with very creative ways to secure the main lobby. Given the uniqueness of this building and its lobby space it was no small feat. He not only accomplished securing the lobby but nicely complimented the existing architecture. This project included other design professionals that Robert worked very well with. The end product speaks for itself, great project working with him. He was the perfect choice for this project, very easy to work with. Hes a professional that truly cares about his work.

I have worked with Bob since 2006, serving on the City of Elmira Historic Preservation Commission and on the boards of two not for profit organizations. We have worked closely together on the preservation and restoration of the Stephens Memorial, a small architectural gem, located in Woodlawn Cemetery which is listed on the NY State and National Registers of Historic Places. He has guided and overseen roof and skylight replacement and necessary interior and exterior work on the building.
