- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is all inclusive. There is no upsell for things like nail grinding, conditioner. I want my pet clients to have everything they need to keep their coats in the best condition possible.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically, a potential client will send me a picture of what their pet currently looks like & we discuss what the client would like & what kind of grooming schedule is necessary for the clients' vision.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I enjoy continuing education & attend Grooming Expo every year to keep abreast of changes & trends in the industry.
