FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
At Gold Star Power Washing (GSPW), we believe in transparent and upfront pricing. Before we start any job, we provide a free, detailed estimate based on the size of the project, surface type, and the level of buildup or staining. There are no hidden fees, and we’re always happy to walk customers through the quote so they understand exactly what they’re paying for. If the scope of the job changes, we communicate that clearly before moving forward. Honesty and trust are the foundation of how we do business — we want every customer to feel confident and informed from start to finish.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
At Gold Star Power Washing, our process is simple, professional, and built around your needs: We start with a brief conversation to understand your project—whether it’s soft washing, power washing, or another service. Once we know what you need, we provide a fast, free estimate (either remotely or in person). If everything looks good, we schedule the job at a time that works for you. On the day of service, we arrive on time, protect your property, and get to work using eco-friendly solutions and top-quality equipment. Once the job is done, we walk through everything with you to ensure you’re 100% satisfied. Your satisfaction is our priority from the first call to the final rinse.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Before starting GSPW, I invested time learning both the technical skills and business knowledge needed to do the job right. I trained hands-on in power washing, soft washing, surface restoration, gutter maintenance, and exterior care—learning how to work with different surfaces like siding, brick, wood, and concrete without causing damage. I also studied the safe use of eco-friendly cleaning solutions, proper water pressure levels, and the science behind removing mold, algae, and stains. On the business side, I focused on customer service, project management, and safety protocols so I could build a company that’s not only skilled—but reliable and professional. Every job I take is backed by that training, plus real-world experience on hundreds of residential and commercial properties.
