Introduction: Hello, i have vast knowledge of how to condition and strengthen the body. Ive grown into an expert of relieving chronic pain, while still posseing the abilty to train high level athletes. My style is individualistic, as in I approach you in a manner specific to your situation. If you work with me there's a great chance we will produce your vision or meet your goal. My approach is unique and effective, I'm serious about training and hope you are too. if you don't have health, you have nothing! Seeing someone succeed, when they know they weren't where they were before they started training, its great to see someones mentality (confidence) as well as their body change. I work through zoom as well and would be glad to make an appointment with you. I have added on a holistic nutritionist who is accepting clients now. She graduated from Purdue and has deep experience. She has MS and Lyme's Disease , she knows nutrition like the back of her hand. She's motivated and ready to help you.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Payments are as follows. In the Gym $50-1 Session, $35-12 Sessions, $40-6 Sessions, $30-25 Sessions Traveling - $50 per session, 6 session minimum
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with an intake, we cover your background as far as working out, we cover any problems you have as far as injuries or health issues. Of course id like to hear your goal and where you would like to end up even if your goal is just to be in better health in general. I also cover my background and show my certification and degrees.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I graduated from BCC and Binghamton university, in Liberal arts with a focus on fitness and Human development. I am heavily experienced in this field and have worked on myself as well as over 100 client's. I have also worked at Lockheed Martin and have lead group classes. I can assure you my work is accurate and successful.
