They were the most professional & respectable tree service I have ever used over the 30 years I’ve been needing my trees and bushes trimmed. They worked extremely efficiently and didn’t leave any damage what so ever to my lawn like every other company I’ve used. All the other companies I feel a little cheated by how easy a bucket truck makes their job and they have ALWAYS left marks in my lawn and they charge much more. I love that BDP Tree services only climb and they use ropes to strategically lower every limb. Thus removing all the consequential damage that the big bucket trucks cause by driving all over my lawn and letting the limbs just drop without any control that the rope rigging provides. Hands down THE BEST I’ve seen in 30 years!! You will not regret giving BDP Tree your business!

Unprofessional. Put a request in over two weeks ago, got an inaccurate quote, with an ask to see the property to give an accurate estimate. I offered up several times to get a quote and the job moving along. I didn't hear back until almost two weeks later. They set up an appointment for 8am and never showed with no explanation. Finally heard back after 11:30am and they informed me that it was raining- that's why they didn't show. All this- just to get a quote! No thanks. This is very disappointing, frustrating and NOT a contractor I would consider working with due to the lack of professionalism.

I’m sorry for your experience. We never provided you with a quote. We are more than eager to please all our clients. When I spoke I mentioned we would be able to perform the work the same day as the estimate since you were in such a hurry pending on weather. It was freezing cold and pouring rain. No company would be out in pouring rain working in the field we specialize in due to our power tools. I wish you the best of luck and again, for the inconvenience.

We stick to our original estimated price. If additional work is requested, we will be sure to provide you with another free detailed estimate. We do provide discounts on future jobs for referrals that result in a completed agreement.

We will come out and provide you with a free detailed estimate of the work you need done, a timeline for completion & details about all the services we provide. We will also provide you with our availability and start work within the next 2 days.
