What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
Design, to me, is the combination of Discovery & Research with Functionality and aesthetics to solve a problem. The word "design" is used in many industries which lead to confusion. Also - many people call themselves designers because they know a particular design software tool, but have no knowledge or experience solving problems. I see these people as technicians not designers.
