- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1- THE PACKAGE Choose the the design package that suits your needs. 2- FILL OUT THE LOGO OR WEBSITE REQUEST FORM this will help me better understand and act efficiently on your design needs. 3- THE CONTACT I’ll contact you either by phone or email to talk over your project details and after everyone is in the same page a 50% deposit will be required to start your design project, you will receive your invoice in electronic format via paypal. 4- RESEARCH & INSPIRATION Before the design process begins, I’ll need to know all about your project, goals, visions, competitors, products/services, history of the business and more. All this will help me to create the right solution for your LOGO or WEBSITE according to your industry but at the same time fresh and be able to stand out from your competitors. 5- THE DESIGN Depending on your package or the requirements, I’ll go through the creative process and the initial design will be present to you. In order to move forward we will work together to make edits and revise. 6- FINAL TOUCHES Once we’ve gone through a couple of revisions and you are happy with the results. the final payment must be completed and it will be time to perform the final checks and testing to make sure everything is ok, after that your WEBSITE will be transfer to the right server and domain or your LOGO will be create all the necessary files and send them to you via email.
