- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer fair and competitive pricing as well as discounts for senior citizens and veterans.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We would speak with the client and ask some basic questions in order to understand the nature of the appointment or the issue they are having. We would then set up an appointment for a free, no-obligation estimate. Appointments are usually scheduled in 2 hour blocks to provide our technicians a window of time to arrive. We will call to confirm the appointment the day before and then the day of the appointment some one will call to let you know the technicians are on their way.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All our technicians are licensed and insured and have years of experience in the field.
