Gigi has helped me with two DOB issues. They both required many trips to the DOB, but both were resolved. Gigi kept me updated on a daily basis and presented me with all the paperwork I needed to complete these issues. I was very satisfied with the results.

I have worked with Simply Living when purchasing my current home. Gigi was very helpful and committed throughout the process. She had nothing but my interests in mind and worked within the parameters I gave her. Now that I am considering down sizing to a condo I am working with Gigi again as I know I will be in good hands. I also have my house and auto insurance with Gigi. She sat with me and explained each section to me and made sure that I had sufficient coverage in both policies. What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Every 2 years, I successfully complete a continuing education for my real estate license which covers ethics, housing laws and construction.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I grew into property management. My first brush with this industry was while I held an administrative position at a management company. As time went on, and working in various other industries, I was fortunate to come across property management again, and decided to get my real estate license to expand my real estate experience.
