- What types of customers have you worked with?
All floors swept, polished/mopped or vacuumed. Kitchen cupboards washed. All switch and utility plates cleaned. Mirrors and bathroom (all) light fixtures cleaned. Commodes and vanities cleaned. All shower/tubs cleaned. Windowsills wiped down and/or washed. Counters, stairs and stair railings, shelving cleaned. Ceilings vacuumed. Baseboards washed. Whatever needs to be done, we do.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Make sure that the provider is listening to what you and your families needs are. The areas that are important to you are the areas that the provider should be emphasising. Are they taking notes? When they come to give you an estimate, are they being respectful of your family and homes...shoes off, being careful with your things, polite, mindful of your time, thorough with questions about what you are looking for? Are they friendly and comfortable to be around? These are the people that are possibly coming into your home. You need to feel comfortable with them.
