- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We typically charge a fixed rate of $125 per hour with billing rates rounded to the nearest 15 minutes. We charge a fixed diagnostic fee of $40 which is non refundable and will be credited towards the service or repairs.

We typically gather information about them, the business and the problems they face and look to find cost effective and reliable solutions.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I hold the following nationally recognized certifications Comptia A+, Comptia Server+, Microsoft MCITP, Microsoft MCSA and Microsoft MCDST.
