- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer a 10% discount on all new customers working with us, and our pricing differs from one project to another one based on the amount of work needed on that specific project.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process always starts with listening very carefully to the customer needs and desires, analyzing the problem(if there’s any), and finalizing the deal if agreed on both sides.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team is made of 4 guys and each of our team members is specialized in a certain area of the electrical world such as the low voltage expert, the high voltage expert, renovation expertise…etc
