When I found my dream apartment in Carrol Gardens it had one major flaw. The floors. The landlord had decided to cover the original hardwood floors in faux wood linoleum. It was a disaster. I hired Joe, after working with him for years on major commercial and editorial set builds, to restore the floors to their original condition. He far exceeded my expectations, and the floor turned out more beautiful than I could have imagined. He also accomplished this job in 2 days when I thought it would take a week. He also repaired 2 holes in the tin ceiling, no small feat I can only imagine. Joe is smart, efficient, extremely talented, and meticulous. Above all else, he is trustworthy and an absolute pleasure to work with. Without hesitation, I would hire him for any future work.

Joe does, exactly what he says he's going to do. Exactly when he says he is going to do it. For the exact price he says he is going to do it for. That means a lot to me. The plus is that fact that he is good at it.

Joe built me an amazing hard wood floor out of red oak! I couldn't have asked for a more pro job. He was fast and his estimates were accurate. He also built a beautiful DJ booth for a friend and they are extremely happy! I would highly recommend this guy. He has definitely been doing this for a long time. Thanks Joe!
