I had an extremely positive experience with Eliot from EZ MobileMechanic. He is punctual, knowledgeable and works to the best of his capacity to solve the issues at hand. I appreciated the fact that he ran through the list of issues with my car and how he would tackle them. He did not push for payment up front, and came back for payment only when the agreed job was complete. If anyone is looking for a reliable, knowledgeable, and genuinely hardworking mechanic, I cannot recommend this man enough.
What was originally supposed to be a fairly straightforward oil change and about an hour of his time turned into FIVE–SIX HOURS of diagnosing additional issues with my car, including spark plug-related problems and other concerns that needed attention. He could have easily completed the service I originally called him for, collected his money, and been on his way. Instead, he stayed, investigated, explained what he was finding, and put a ridiculous amount of time and effort into figuring out what was actually going on with the car.
That kind of work ethic, patience, and integrity deserves all the BUSINESS.
So this is both a raving review and my personal PSA: if you’re looking for a mechanic, this is your guy. Give him your cars. Give him your referrals. Tell your friends, your family, your neighbors, and that one person you know who’s been ignoring their check-engine light for six months. 👀
Good mechanics are hard enough to find. Good mechanics who actually care about diagnosing the problem instead of rushing through the job are even harder. Someone who even explains it to your toddler with patience and clarity is a gem.
