Introduction
I focus on your fur baby. I never rush the grooming process, and I give your fur baby a one on one session where I give them good quality service and lots of TLC. I will take my time to make sure your fur baby is comfortable and your 100% happy. I’ve been in the grooming industry since 2001 : I’m trustworthy. I go live on Instagram because I know how scary it is to leave your fur baby with a stranger. Dont ignore clients. If you are unable to make your appointments day of please let the client know early on. I made an appointment and asked THEM the time and day THEY were available to accommodate accordingly. They were responding to my message late, but I understand things happen. Day of, today, I wake up early to prevent being late myself, and I have been waiting for an hour. 9:00 hits and i expect them to arrive any moment now and nothing. Around 9:10 I text them whether or not they were still available to come today, no reply. At 9:35, I text them once more that I have been waiting for half an hour. As I am writing this I have been waiting for an hour. I do not recommend this establishment :/ which is disappointing as I was looking to support a small and independent business.
