- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices include the entire package. I do everything Petco or Petsmart can do for your dog/cat. Plus we give a one on one with your Pet and give them lots of TLC.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I explain my services and they tell me what they need.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have my grooming certificate from Petco in 2001 and just renewed my skills on a online program.
