I had called many other gate companies before I chose Andrei from A & A Gates to install a motorized automatic sliding gate. Since I have a shared driveway, the track for the gate to roll on would have to be curved so that I would not use the driveway portion that is shared with the condo next to my home. All of the other companies that came out to see the job said that I could not have a motorized automatic sliding gate because the track on the ground has to be installed in a straight line. Andrei was the only gate installer that told me that he could curve the track slightly so my sliding gate could roll back and forth solely on my own property without any problems. Andrei was a confident, innovative and creative problem solver. He fabricated from scratch the sliding gate and installed it, along with the curved track on the ground which he welded to suit my needs, he built a concrete pad and placed the motor on top, put in safety sensors and edge, and he programmed my keypad, remotes and Internet gateway so I could also open the gate from my cell phone. In addition, Andrei built a pedestrian walk through gate out of my existing fence. Andrei was a courteous knowledgeable professional, patiently answering all my questions before, during and after the job was finished. His work was excellent, neat and done in a timely fashion, and the price was competitively fair. I highly recommend Andrei for any gate installation you may need to have done. It was a pleasure to work with him, and we're very satisfied with the job he completed. The automatic sliding gate looks beautiful, and works very well rolling smoothly on the curved track.

We had a great experience with A&A Gates. We needed to flip around the opening direction for our gate- which involved removing/reinstalling some new fence posts, as well as installing a new latch. The work done cleanly and professionally. Most importantly- communication was good throughout the engagement, and they came when they said they were going to (something that’s really rare these days !) Overall, a very good experience and would both recommend/use again.

Andrei is the doctor of garage doors. He is a professional and a true gentleman. Andrei installed a new garage door motor, springs and pulleys, as well as performed a service on the tracks.
