When working with a new customer, I like to start by understanding your needs, schedule, and preferences. Whether you’re booking a ride for errands, an event, or a creative recharge, I’ll ask a few quick questions to tailor the experience — including any preferred routes, music, or comfort requests. Once your ride is scheduled, I’ll arrive promptly, professionally, and ready to offer a smooth, stylish journey. From the first ride on, my goal is to make your day feel more manageable, enjoyable, and personalized to you.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I studied Business Management in college, which gave me a solid understanding of customer service and operations. I also worked at an Uber car rental company, where I learned the ins and outs of the rideshare business — both on the road and behind the scenes. That experience, along with my background in car rentals and sales, shaped the high-quality service I provide today
