As a first time homebuyer, I had so many fears and so many questions and the year of 2024 did nothing to satisfy either. The home buying market was fraught with low inventory and uncertainty and almost succeeded in discouraging me from entering the market when I did. But Eunice convinced me thatwith patience and a little leg work, we could get the job done together. Her expertise was evident from our first meeting and her detailed visual presentation was just as informative as it was impressive.Eunice had an itinerary laid out for us each and every time we met and was always there to meet me at any other properties that I was interested in. She was always on time and dressed to represent us in the best possible way. She knew our needs and wants and used that, along with her knowledge of the Queens/Long Island market, to lead us through our search. When we finally found our home, Eunice remained with us through every step of the way.Even when we were head over heels and ready to pay top dollar for the house, Eunice brought us back to reality and helped us negotiate a lower price. We saved $38,000 all because of her strong negotiation skills! Unfortunately, a post possession closing was needed by the seller in order for them to complete our deal which was a bit unsettling for us but in the end, it was Eunice and the team that she had chosen that got us through! I will be forever grateful to her and her team for everything they did for us. The only sad part about buying this home has been that now Im not able to spend my weekends home shopping with Eunice. Shes the prefect agent and the perfect friend.
