Luis is very passionate about his work. He was very responsive, punctual and professional. He came to troubleshoot an issue we had in an apartment in our rental building and carefully assessed the issue with our resident manager. After determining that the entire electrical line had to be replaced, he quoted a fair and reasonable price to do the work based on our requirements.
