Mr. Shad came prepared to work, and work he did! He came to install a ceiling fan in a spare room. From the moment he took down the old light fixture he was hit with one obstacle after another. Thank heavens this is a young professional with experience under his belt. He powered through never forgetting to enlighten me as to what steps he was taking and why. In this day and age of cut rate parking lot “handymen “, it pays to remember safety has no price. At least none I’m willing to pay.
