- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My goal is to provide fair pricing, both for myself and my team as well as my customers. We want everyone to get the best value while still remaining sustainable.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The ultimate goal is to make sure the customer is happy and satisfied. I do this by completing a phone consultation first, talking through the details of the project, and ultimately doing an on site estimate so I can begin the work.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I was lucky to learn through traditional apprenticeship and was taken under the wing of someone with decades of experience. I spent several years shadowing and learning the trades from mentors before starting my own company.
