My name is Vital Wilsh. I am a freelance wedding & family photographer in NYC and worldwide. Showing the mood, personalities, and expression of people is what I really like to do in photography. My goal is to capture priceless moments of your life. Each wedding, engagement session or family shoot is unique, and I try to show a full specter of human feelings. Let's create your story! Vital was such a great photographer for our event. We hired him as an engagement party photographer and he exceeded our expectations. Not only was he great at photography, but he blended in very well with our guests and we got many compliments on what a great guy he was. Vital was extremely punctual and was engaged throughout the whole night. We couldn’t have asked for a better photographer for our event and highly recommend him in any setting.

Vital was absolutely amazing!!! My husband and I decided to elope and these photos were going to be our way of celebrating so I felt a lot of pressure to pick the perfect person. I'm so glad and grateful that I chose Vital. When I visited his site I fell in love with his vision. I just knew he wouldn't disappoint. He was quick to responded to my questions and concerns. He suggested the Dumbo area for our photos and so glad he did. There were so many beautiful backdrops. I was beyond satisfied and touched with the final product!!!

Vital provided us with an incredible photography experience for our wedding! We chose a slightly less conventional plan for the day, and Vital was enthusiastic, knowledgeable and professional through all of our correspondence and discussions. His pricing was very fair and he worked with us to find what worked best for us. The weather impacted our plans for outdoor photos just days before and Vital went above and beyond the call of duty to help accommodate our changes and work with us to figure out our best options. This includes multiple communications back and forth on the days and hours leading up to the day! He went with the flow completely and did everything he could to ensure our day went off without a hitch. The day of our wedding, Vital was prompt and incredibly professional with us and our families. We could all tell the mark of a real, professional photographer who loved his craft. His cues, gentle guidance and fun nature made the day a breeze for us! We are so happy with the end result, a gallery of edited photos capturing the best moments of the day. His work is beautiful, as attested through his portfolio; but his professionalism and love for what he does really shines through and makes him a joy to work with. I would absolutely recommend working with him in the future!

My husband and I had our photos taken by Vital while in New York for our anniversary, and could not be more pleased with our experience! Not only was Vital extremely professional and friendly, he created very natural poses that made amazing images. I highly recommend Vital for all of your photography needs!

Let me make this simple for all the future brides out there...BOOK VITAL. It will be the best decision of your life. I came across Vital through a friend who used him for a "love story" shoot. Her pics were stunning, and I was in the market for a wedding photographer in the area, so I decided to contact him. A good photographer was the most important thing on my wedding checklist, since I knew the pictures were the one thing I was going to have forever. Also, my husband and I are "camera shy" and we had never gotten pictures taken before. We were very nervous that we would look awkward in photos. So, anyway, I contacted Vital, and he suggested we meet for coffee so we could get to know each other before booking. Right away, this made Vital stand out from the other photographers I had contacted. He actually wanted to take the time to get to know me and my husband BEFORE we even signed a contract. AMAZING. We ended up booking a "trial" shoot to test out Vital before we booked him for our wedding. Well, the pictures came back and they were INSANE. People were asking me if I did a photo-shoot for a magazine (see below). After seeing these pictures, I knew I had to have Vital for my wedding. On the day of the wedding, Vital made my husband and I feel at ease. I didn't even notice he was there. I was able to truly enjoy the moments with my husband, and (somewhere) in the background Vital was capturing all of this raw emotion. When we got the pictures back, I was once again STUNNED. How is someone with this much talent not famous! My friends (who also recently got married) told me how they wished they had booked Vital, because my pictures came out so much better than theirs. THESE PICTURES WERE SO GREAT THAT MY SISTER BOOKED VITAL FOR HER WEDDING ON THE SPOT! Vital is hands down the single most talented person I have ever met!!! BOOK HIM FOR YOUR WEDDING. I PROMISE you will not regret it!!!!!!
