Edwin was very professional and did a great job repairing our dishwasher. He brought the needed parts, performed tests to make sure the parts actually needed to be replaced. He was punctual and performed the work at a fair price. I would definitely use VIM again for any future repairs.

Edwin was great. He came to fix a leak coming from washing machine but he was able to find that the washing machine was fine & also pinpointed where the leak is coming from. He did not have to do that & could have left knowing what he thought he came for do done. But instead took extra time to figure my next steps
