It depends on the locale and venue.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to meet the customer in person to go over the details. Putting a face to the voice is important to me. Understanding what they are trying to achieve; the message the audience should walk away with. When our meeting has ended the client is confident they will be getting a quality product.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Graduated from a Dale Carnegie seminar. Took a public speaking class in college. I know how to read an audience
