- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer my clients a free consultation and then I charge 70.00 per session afterward. I offer discounts for clients who wish to purchase multiple sessions at a time.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Usually a new client will set up a consultation, either in person, Skype or over the phone. We will chat for a while, an hour or so sometimes, and discover where they are feeling stuck... what has them hung up, where they may be spinning their wheels. I usually talk a bit about my background and then if we hit it off and are comfortable we set up future sessions. I like to see my clients every week or bi-weekly. Sometimes I give "homework" but it's never anything I want to see them stress over. I will give suggestions on some practices that may help them shift their perspective, book recommendations etc.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a Certified Competent Coach from The School of Coaching Mastery. I studied and was certified by Julia Stewart who studied under the late Thomas Leonard (the "father" of Life Coaching). I work with Sandra Vesterstein as well, she is my Coach. I have taken courses with Cheryl Richardson who is a highly respected Coach and author in the field. I have spoken over the radio with meditation master Davidji, and Life Coach/Author Robert Holden. I have also received a certification from David Kessler on Grief Management.
