- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is based on the budget first. Then I evaluate the project to see if the budget is appropriate for what the client wants. Moving forward pricing varies with the size of the project, what materials the client wants to use, the cost of the materials, and the labor to accomplish the correct results desired.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I receive all the latest information from my product salesmen, my design literature, and suppliers of what is the latest and greatest. I attend trade shows that present the newest products, designs and hardware.. I also read many articles on the web from design, and woodworking. i discuss projects and design with my peers.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I grew up in a family of woodworkers, and designers. I started making furniture very young with my dad. After getting my design degree from Pratt Institute I decided it would be a great blend to use my design skills, my passion, talent for woodworking, and my relationships with design professionals to start my business
