FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Most of the jobs and work that I take on is generally handyman or midsize projects. this helps us to eliminate overhead and lower our pricing to give quality work at a fair price. I don't necessarily have a pricing system I have fair pricing standards.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Getting to know the customers ideas, personality, what the exact work scope they're looking for. Our goal is to provide them with the service that meets their needs and warrants them to call us back for other services that we provide. This helps us to know that we are providing a service or services based not on our prices more about our quality.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Spent a lot of time w/parent's remodeling our home. Most my knowledge is from hands on experience, and jobs with more experienced co-workers. The amount of jobs and projects I have had the opportunity to do over the years has greatly increased my abilities, and skills to provide quality work for the customers I work for. I never take on more than I can handle.
