- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
we are told all the time that we are charging no where near enough for what we provide. i keep prices fair and affordable for people that want that perfect fairy tale wedding with out the outrageous price tag people try to put on that idea. we offer discounts; for refer a friend, all service members, repeat customers, also bundle deals for dj and photobooth
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
getting to know each new client and there story is the best part of the process, being able to help out everyone that i can within reason. making new friends and relationships as well as memories to last a lifetime! its not strict business with us. we want to get to know you and give exactly what you need and want for your event.
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
new this year for 2020 we have added an entire new dj rig, pictures soon to follow. new event table, bigger subwoofers, more lighting.
