- What types of customers have you worked with?
We are currently performing many repairs on the iPod Touch and iPhone . Glass / Digitizer and LCD assembly replacement is the most common repair. Recently we have added Laptop LCD repair for many brands. We are also servicing the iPad 1 and 2 models for specific repairs. We also receive water damaged iPods, iPhones, and iPads on a regular basis. We have the ability to repair many issues related to water damage.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
It is extremely important to check the quality over all other factors. We have been in this business for a long time, we are one of the longest standing repair centers for this type of work. We see many aftermarket parts that have poor quality. Poor quality parts do not hold up as long as their counterparts. There are also a lot of "unusable" parts sold on places like Ebay. Things like Front Glass and LCD panels are tricky to purchase without dealing with someone who knows your device. iPod, iPhone, iPad, Xbox 360 repair is a very skilled profession. Having the properly trained technician perform your repair is important. Ask about the after repair warranty coverage and even more so the reviews of the company you are choosing. Many repair centers come and go quickly in this business, choosing a repair center with a good reputation may save you hassle down the road.
