- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
CREATIVE BRIEF Let's start with a creative brief to establish a common understanding of our shared goals. It’s a necessary tool with a design strategy for executing your needs. It will contain all of the specific and relevant information of the project like objectives, time-line, production and deliverables. DESIGN CONCEPT & EXECUTION Based on the creative brief we have discussed, I’ll execute my ideas and deliver a first round of designs. REVISIONS Don’t worry about offending me. Revisions are a totally normal and expected part of any design process. It’s meant to be a slight modification or course correction towards the final design. A revision can be a change in colors, font size or placement of text; even the copy itself. The number of revision rounds included will be will decided upfront and depend of the scope of your project. DELIVERY Once the designs are approved, the final deliverables as stated in the creative brief will be sent.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a bachelor's degree in Art Education from Penn State University. My design career began about 20 years ago. My experience and abilities span a wide range of industries from beauty and fashion to financial companies and non-profits and everything in-between. I also have had a business on Etsy since 2019 designing and selling invitations and other event materials.
