FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I generally price out the job as a whole unless it is a big job, then it could go to hourly. I offer low prices for the quality I provide. I will always try my best to resolve your issues so you don’t have to take time out of your day to visit the local repair shop to spend top dollar!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to get to know the customer. They are like family to me. You have to treat people as you’d like to be treated and it makes the atmosphere fun and enjoyable. This also helps with the quality of work as well. Get to know the customer, have them list the issues they are having, list the steps I will take to resolve the issue - If there are other issues along the way, I will also explain to the customer as I go. I expect quality work from people that do work for me so I feel that I need to give the same respect and quality back to others.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I currently work full time for a tech company as one of their lead techs. They specialize in Server Administration, Microsoft Office, Quickbooks, Active Directory, and the like. Since I am one of their techs, I have seen it all and love to do what I do. I have had my hands on computers since a young age so there is nothing I won’t be able to figure out.
