- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is transparent and project-based — no hidden fees. We provide free estimates after reviewing the scope of work and offer detailed line-item breakdowns so you know exactly what you're paying for. Larger or repeat projects may qualify for package discounts. Material costs are charged separately to ensure you get the best quality at fair market prices. Final payment is due only after the client walkthrough and satisfaction approval.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process starts with a quick consultation to understand your goals, budget, and timeline. Once we review your project details, we provide a transparent estimate and a clear scope of work. After approval, we schedule the project, handle permits if needed, and assign a dedicated project manager to keep you updated every step of the way. Throughout the job, we maintain open communication, provide progress photos, and make sure everything meets our high standards. Once the work is complete, we do a final walkthrough together to ensure your full satisfaction before closing the project.
