We have been trying to get someone to repair our Weber grill for over two years. We were just about ready to give up when someone told me about Thumbtack and we decided to give it a try. Handyman Lucky responded immediately, showed up when we set the appointment and repaired our grill and our smoker! Honestly, we would have given him a wonderful review just for showing up (we haven't had much luck in the past). Knowledgeable, courteous and all around great guy. My pricelist is average but service that i provide is on a very high level. I aprove discounts apropriate to the job and price for it.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First i like to hear everything customer want to be done by me. After that i gave the my opinion about it and discuss about details regarding job . Many times customers are not sure what they want so i help them to cross that bridge and be sure that they are doing the right thing.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
A have a multiple training courses and i worked with a lot if diferent skill set pros so i gained a lot of expirience from them. I am learning new things every day and i am not planing to stop.
