Poor communication. Terrible work. I contacted them multiple times after the job requesting they come to remove the tar in our walkway (as they said they would when doing the job and walking with tar on shoes on the walkway) and they gave me exact date+time they would come *twice*- no show. I planned to explain my disappointment when they came in person because I knew they wouldn’t respond if I told them how poor of a job they did. Do not use them. I spent over $1500 for a terrible job- it’s like nothing was done at all. Walking past my neighbors the next week and seeing jobs done by other companies made me feel robbed. What a waste of money
