Adam knows what he is doing and was very thourough with the diagnostics. He was able to restore our heat which we were out for 3 weeks. I had 2 other technicians and they were just randomly changing parts and cost me a lot of money by overcharging me and did not even fix the problem. Thank you Adam. I fully recommend him and will ask him again in the future for help.

I recently had my tankless water heater replaced after my old unit unexpectedly broke down. Unfortunately, the timing could not have been worse because we were hit with a blizzard, which delayed the installation. Despite the weather challenges, the entire experience with this company was outstanding.
When I posted my request on Thumbtack, Adan reached out to me almost immediately. I had responses from multiple vendors, but I chose his company because they had hundreds of excellent reviews and plenty of photos showcasing their work. That gave me confidence in their experience and quality.
Even though the blizzard pushed things back, they were able to get me scheduled in what I would consider a relatively short period of time. On the day of installation, Moses and Neftali arrived even earlier than the scheduled time, which I truly appreciated. Both gentlemen were professional, courteous, and clearly skilled at what they do.
Their workmanship was excellent. They did not rush through the job just to finish quickly and move on. Instead, they were intentional, careful, and made sure everything was installed properly and up to standard. You can tell they take pride in doing the job right and meeting the customer’s expectations.
While their pricing reflected the quality and reputation of their work, I felt confident in my decision based on their track record and professionalism. In the end, the value, workmanship, and overall experience made it well worth it.
I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking to install a tankless water heater or needing plumbing and heating services. I look forward to working with them again in the future.
