I recently had my tankless waterheater replaced after my old unit unexpectedly broke down. Unfortunately, the timing could not have been worse because we were hit with a blizzard, which delayed the installation. Despite the weather challenges, the entire experience with this company was outstanding. When I posted my request on Thumbtack, Adan reached out to me almost immediately. I had responses from multiple vendors, but I chose his company because they had hundreds of excellent reviews and plenty of photos showcasing their work. That gave me confidence in their experience and quality. Even though the blizzard pushed things back, they were able to get me scheduled in what I would consider a relatively short period of time. On the day of installation, Moses and Neftali arrived even earlier than the scheduled time, which I truly appreciated. Both gentlemen were professional, courteous, and clearly skilled at what they do. Their workmanship was excellent. They did not rush through the job just to finish quickly and move on. Instead, they were intentional, careful, and made sure everything was installed properly and up to standard. You can tell they take pride in doing the job right and meeting the customer’s expectations. While their pricing reflected the quality and reputation of their work, I felt confident in my decision based on their track record and professionalism. In the end, the value, workmanship, and overall experience made it well worth it. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking to install a tankless waterheater or needing plumbing and heating services. I look forward to working with them again in the future.

Even though they were behind schedule(traffic), the waterheater replacement was quick and tidy. They even had time to tackle a side job for a very fair price.

They did a great job. They offered a 50 gallon waterheater and labor cost of $1700 including removal of old waterheater. All other quotes were much higher than what they charge; overall great job, would definitely hire again.

I recently installed a Brand New Indirect WaterHeater for my Home with Benitez Plumbing and it was a fantastic experience from start to end. When i first contacted them,Adam offered to come over and review the scope of the work and gave me a fair price. A few days later I scheduled the installation and Adam sent over two of his team members who arrived promptly at the time he had mentioned and carefully covered my floor while they moved the Heater and were very clean and professional and upon completing the installation gave us a complete overview of the work performed. Adam is a honest and runs a great operation, he is now my go to Plumbing and Heating person. Hire Benitez plumbing without hesitation, you won’t regret it.

Benitez did an excellent job. He came the same day to repair an HVAC issue and the price was fair. I highly recommend him!
