Just wanted to follow up on my oil pump repair by Ryan and his team. Had a issue with the new pump they installed a few weeks ago, and on a Sunday evening Ryan responded to my call. He was here the next morning to troubleshoot the problem, and it was resolved unless than 24hrs. Thanks to all who helped out.

Punctual and thorough. There was no heat on the main floor of our house. What great company to do business with. They came first thing in the morning to our broken AC unit. Ryan was able to quickly diagnose the issue, obtain the parts and make the repairs in an hour. The price charged was fair and reasonable. I cannot say method things about my experience with this company. I have already recommended them to a coworker and neighbor. I really appreciated how the issue with my furnace was explained. It was fixed quickly. However when asked how I would make a payment, I told them via Zelle. The supervisor explained it would be over a hundred dollars more than the quoted rate. I decided to go to the bank. Unfortunately I had two back to back meetings and I told the worker and apologized for the wait. Immediately after my meetings, (45 minutes) I ran to the bank and was allowed to take $75 less than the balance owed from the atm. I left my phone in rushing to the bank only to realize I needed my phone for verification to get more cash out. I arrive home to only be chastised by the rude dispatcher. This situation was caused by Nature Works had they accepted the cost and not jacked up the cost when using Zelle, I would not have had to go to the bank. The customer service from their office was very unprofessional; the guy who did the repair was excellent. This is why I took only one star off. Fair warning, if anyone wants to use Nature Works please have the cash handy or pay more with Zelle; don’t inconvenience this company because the office want their money and doesn’t care what you need to do to afford the service
