I didn’t end up going with Sergio, however, he showed up early; explained what was going on with my gutters and windows. His professionalism was great, and his affordability was in my range. The only reason I didn’t end up going with him was a neighbor’s friend is doing it for me. Otherwise I would have given Sergio my business card. Down the line if I need another contractor, I would call him.

Sergio was very thorough in his estimate of what I needed to be done with my roof and ceiling. He provided pictures, explanations of what repairs was needed and gave me my options. For the repairs I needed to my roof and ceiling his price was very reasonable. He was on time on the day of services and stayed late until completion. Truthfully, There were a few minor problems associated with the small space he had to work in but nothing that would lead me not to use his services again or to not recommend him. All in all, I’m very happy with the results and will use Sergio in the future on several other projects in my home.
