What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have a set service fee of 125 to come out and diagnose what the problem is. This cost is due to gas prices, and maintenance on vehicles for traveling. Other services range depending on what is being done and the materials needed.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
To start, we love having new customers! It shows us that word has got out to use us and we thank you for taking your time to call us! We introduce ourselves and we ask you to show us the problem and we get it done for you in a timely matter!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are licensed plumbers and master plumber! Each plumber we have on our team have been in the industry for 10+ years!
