- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I’m fair and honest with the customer I will come out to see the job for free if necessary I try to ask for pictures and customer honesty so I can know if it’s something I can help them with and give a fair price to fix it. I only started to charge to look at a jobs but most likely i won’t charge a customer. I know mostly from pictures if it’s a job I can do and give you a price on.most of customers don’t know it cost the pros to receive your texts or leads. Even if we don’t answer us back or find someone else.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I’m up front and friendly and honest with a new customer and I want you to call me back so I try to give the best prices so you want to call me and not have to use this app. You can see in my reviews what other customers said about me.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have an associates degree. Went to plumber school for 5years and have over 16 years experience. I run big jobs so most of calls I get are not challenging. Just please be honest and provide pictures of the damaged area and the surrounding. So I can give you an accurate pricing.
