Introduction: Hello, my name is Andy Houle. I am a Certified Life Coach that has over 3 decades of hands-on-experience helping frustrated people just like you that wanted to create positive change in their life. I can help you discover your sense of purpose, source of strength, and meaning that empowers you - that energizes you. I can show you proven strategies for finding true happiness, improve a skill, achieve their goals, find more meaning and purpose in life, have happier and more successful relationships, overcome challenges, get healthier, feel more confident, or even advance your career. I do this by getting acquainted with you - your goals, your resources, and your strengths - and help you to find the adjustments you need to create the improvements you want. I have found great success using Meditation, Motivational Interviewing, and NLP. As your life coach I will help you stay committed in those times when you feel frustrated overwhelmed or become distracted by life's uncertainties. I am a support system that you can depend on when people in your life are naysayers’, haters, or don't believe in your vision. CREATE SUCCESSFUL RELATIONSHIPS “How can I love her one minute and hate her so much the next?” “I feel he’s my soul mate, so why do we constantly fight?” Sound familiar? If so, you are not alone. A lot of “love relationships” eventually turn into love/hate relationships. Feelings of love can turn into drama - hostility, attack, or withdrawal of affection - at the flick of a switch. I can show you, as an individual or a couple, how to open your communications, attract your ideal partner, reignite your intimacy, stop destructive patterns, forgive and heal past wounds, and create a relationship vision for your ideal relationship. We can go on a journey to understand why relationship drama is so addictive and how to prevent conflict. I can demonstrate proven powerful communication techniques that are the secret to safe successful fulfilling relationships. So what does that mean. A lot of times people think “I'm searching for my soul mate”. But unfortunately, even if you find one it doesn't mean that your relationship is going to work. It doesn't mean it's going to be happy. It doesn’t mean it's going to last. And why is that. It's because, having a deeper level connection with somebody is awesome but if you're bringing all your old baggage into the relationship and all your old patterns and you're not in a good place yourself then there's really no way you can have a happy joyful functional relationship with anybody not even the soulmate.
