Gene was very nice and promptly showed up to my house to give me a quote on my entryway project. However, he promised a quote in 2 days to then text me back in more than 10 days, with a very approximative and extremely high estimate. 18k to remove a half wall, install and buy a 20 feet railing and texturize and paint a wall. I would have appreciated the honesty since the beginning, he could have politely said he wasn't interested in the job and waste nobody's time. Anyway, if you are planning to hire him you should give him a try as I heard he does great work. Too bad i didn't get to experience it.
