My training experience with Marta has been great!! she has brought me through workouts that I feel like push me but are also well suited for my fitness level. She is super sweet and clear and it feels like just the right amount of instruction and feedback. We also talk about diet and what I do when I’m not training with her. The workout goes by fast and doesn’t feel like I’m working out! Definitely recommend

    When we first meet I like to spend some time on getting to know each other, answer any questions and address any concerns. I do a body assessment, discuss your goals, diet and medical history. We also do a full body workout.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    I received an Insanity certification that helped me jump start my fitness knowledge. I later went to the National Academy of Sports Medicine to deeply understand human anatomy and body mechanics; I received a NASM Certification.
