OUR WEBSITE PROCESS Our structured and streamlined production and proposal process allows us to define, develop, and deliver your website efficiently. This is a brief overview of our process and proposal sequence. Upon your acceptance and signing off of our final proposal we will move forward with the detailed project sequence, timeline and payment schedule outlined toward the end of this document. The average project timeline is 10 to 12 weeks. / Sign Contract In this phase we sign the contract and collect the down payment (50% of total cost). / Assess (week 1) In this phase, we engage you and your team in a process of discovery to identify goals, determine needs and assess options for your brand. / Propose (week 2) In this phase we take what we have gathered from the initial assessment and propose a preliminary website project outline that will help your reach your goals. / Finalize (week 3) During this time we collect last minute feedback from you and your team. We then synthesize the assessment and proposal phases with your feedback in order to develop a website proposal with solutions and ideas that we all feel will comprehensively assist you in reaching your website/brand objectives. This may or may not include design examples and/or mockups, or wire frames of your website. / Review (week 4) In this phase we make sure both client and service provider agree on the terms and execution of the final website proposal. / Implement (week 5, 6, 7) Finally, we are ready to implement solutions and deploy the final website proposal. In this stage we will begin production of our final website proposal, which will include any branding, design, development and/or social media marketing tools and strategies previously, or separately, agreed upon. / Train (week 8) In this stage you will be trained and tasked with adding content to your website. / Hand-off (week 9) When the site creation process is complete and your final content put in place, we will review the site and you will sign-off on the design, layout, and WordPress integration pieces. You may take as long as you like to finalize your content in WordPress before contacting us to publicly launch your website.
