Introduction: Ashira Tantra provides nourishing and relaxing journey into the depth of one's being, rooted in the esoteric teachings of tantra. The sessions combine breathing, energy healing, kundalini reiki, guided meditation and bodywork to help my clients experience blissful unity with Divine. You will learn how to relax, connect deeply, let go of stress and past traumas and experience the fullness of the present moment. Besides, Ashira Tantra offer sessions for couples, where we will learn partner breathing exercises, yoga, reiki, intentional touch, and powerful relational techniques. If you're interested in tantra, WORK WITH ASHIRA! Working with Ashira was a great gift for my partner and I. She is a natural teacher, and introduces the basics of tantra energy practices and intimacy work for couples in a way that is simple, accessible, and engaging. Ashira made sure that we were comfortable and set really clear boundaries that allowed us to relax and feel at ease. She both guided us verbally and demonstrated intimacy techniques of touch with intention, creating a comfortable container, and sharing energy. I recommend this work for any couples that have a great amount of love, but are stuck in some way. As a result of our work with Ashira my partner and I found inroads to intimacy that have deepened our relationship.

She provides an experience that is quite difficult to put into words. Its a combination of sensations that you truly must encounter to understand. That being said, it is something that you must try for a better understand of not only yourself but others. The connection you feel during the session is really a mystical occurrence. Very calming. Very awesome. Cant wait to see her again.

A component of this work involves breathing deeply into one's Chakras. Being an old Hippie type, I've done wonderfully enlivening & healing breath work from various traditions. For me this is the first work that embraces breath work, the Chakras, and the power of the male female (Goddess) polarity. Relax, breathe fully and be guided to a flow of blissful energy you may not know. Goddess Ashira has a sparkling exotic look and lilting laughter. This was a powerful and delightful experience.
