I've worked with Kacie multiple times. Most recently, she and I have worked together weight lifting, sports conditioning, and bootcamp. Kacie is incredibly knowledgeable AND motivational. Sometimes, I'm turned off by those who try to "motivate" me because it comes off as phony and overly chipper. Kacie is authentic, and she meets people where there at in a safe and supportive way. Kacie is the best trainer I have had. She knows how to train you for what ever you want to accomplish. You want to lose weight, get in shape for a marathon, tought mudders, and ironman events etc. She is the one who can do it for you.

After a mostly sedentary life, Kacie got me started at the gym. She is my go-to resource whenever I want or need to kick things up a notch. Kacie is an enthusiastic and dedicated professional. She is the master of creative solutions to overcoming obstacles and will point you toward your goal with realistic programs, sustainable habits, encouragement, good example and a great sense of humor. No matter what level of fitness, Kacie has the vision to see where you want to go and give you the tools to get there. Her enjoyment of her work is inspirational -- and contagious!

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    I graduated from Cornell University with a degree in Nutritional Sciences. I have also studied anatomy and physiology along with nutrition and exercise. I have a personal training certification through the National Academy of Sports Medicine and I have other fitness certifications including spinning and kickboxing.
