Technically proficient, compassionate, energetic…These are only the first 3 adjectives that come to mind when recounting my past training with Coach Collin. Collin is by far the best trainer I have ever had the opportunity to work with. I have always been a recreational athlete, and for some time I was just running through the motions. Since I’ve worked with Collin, he has added creative new challenges to my existing regiment. He has pushed me to discover new and improved modalities of physical training that go far beyond the everyday, but still remain functional. Working with Collin for the last 6 months has been the best thing I have done for myself. My level of fitness has increased a ton and I love the variety; every workout is different and I'm never bored. Collin is really motivating and is great about tailoring workouts to match what my body is able to do that day so I won't hurt myself. I used to give up when I thought something was getting too tough, but Collin has challenged me, in a good way, to push past that point and it has changed how I work out completely. I can honestly say I am in the best shape of my life and Collin got me here. He's awesome!

Thank you so much for the great job you did running the summer boot camp program. You pushed us to new levels of fitness, which have helped in our tennis and dance activities. We really enjoyed that everyday was different. Doing something new each day made it fun and kept us wanting more. Thanks for teaching proper technique to keep us injury free. We will miss the early morning workouts that energized our day!

Collin is the best! He keeps the workouts fun yet challenging, sometimes crazy, but is always able to modify to your needs/goals. I learned I could do a lot more than I thought I could & he had me buffed up in no time! I wouldn't train with anybody else! (Unless he got famous & moved away or something...so we should all probably keep secret how awesome he is, so that doesn't ever happen...) ;)
