I had an outstanding experience with Spider Mechanic. They were highly professional and offered excellent pricing for the services provided. Their expertise was impressive as they successfully changed the front and rear brake pads and rotors on my Cadillac XT6, along with performing an oil change. They arrived fully equipped to handle the electric rear brakes, which was a big plus. Additionally, they were punctual and polite throughout the process, making the entire experience enjoyable. Spider came out in less than favorable weather conditions to change an alternator in my Ford vehicle. Right off the bat he diagnosed the issue and in 45 mins the alternator was in. The car wouldn’t immediately start. We thought a new battery was also needed. I have never seen anyone do what spider did to get the car started… i won’t share his trade secret but I’m absolutely grateful. Ty.
