Quentin is very informative and patient with his clients - he’s always available to answer any questions I have. He’s able to modify my workouts within my limits but still push me to progress and build strength. He’s also someone willing to do the work with you, as long as you’re ready to do the work yourself. More like a teammate and a coach. 10/10 recommend!

Q is a trainer that will help motivate you towards your workout goals. He’s a good communicator when it comes to learning the workouts, and listener when you’re having trouble doing a specific workout. He will help you until you get it right. He helped me get in shape during the summer with his personal and group classes. His group classes are with two other trainers, which are creative and fun. They have you working hard, and the results are worth it. Having him as a trainer was something new that helped me become more focused on achieving my body goals and I’m glad I gave it a try .
