- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Pet grooming is a service where quality goes a long way. On-time and reliable, with myself and my Auntie Lee as the only people who will ever show up we develop relationships with our grooming clients and their families!! We pride ourselves in taking the time to get to know your pet before the actual grooming begins. We use positive reinforcement with praise and affection. Since we don’t use traditional nooses and muzzles which can trigger anxiety in the calmest pet, we ensure an easy experience for all! Years of experience with pets that have various health issues have helped us develop a grooming technique that gets the job done to the highest quality regardless of your pets ability to stand or stay still. We also employ creative methods to get the hard jobs done such as feet and nails. We strive to have your pet be our friend!! After the groom we always make sure to leave the area as clean as possible (we even have a tiny vacuum!), so the only evidence we were there is your beautiful furbaby!
